News:
22/06/2008 - After a
long wait, our site has undergone some changes. Due to the increasing traffic to
the site, we were approaching a bandwidth limit. We also felt that the plain
style was starting to look somewhat outdated. Work is still going on behind the
scenes, so please bear with us. Some pages may temporarily become unavailable
during work on the site. If you think you have found any broken / redundant
links, please
email us so we can fix them. Thanks!
7/05/2008 - Following the death of Lizzie and our
postponement of the 100% Blood Red project to 2009, we would be down to a single
pairing for the summer. After much deliberation, it has been decided that this
will also be postponed until 2009, to free up the summer. Apologies to anyone
planning to purchase dragons from us this summer.
Plans
are afoot for 2009;
email me to be added to our mailing list, to be
kept abreast of what's in the pipeline.
6/05/2008 - It is with great sadness that we have to
announce the death of
Lizzie, one of our adult females. She died on
Sunday night. The preliminary Post-Mortem results have indicated a liver problem
that weakened her immune system leading to Pneumonia.
30/04/2008 - We have decided to postpone our 100%
Blood Red project until 2009, to coincide with out planned Red x White Hypo and
Citrus x White Hypo projects. This should enable us to offer high-end, unrelated
pairs in 2009.
27/04/2008 - New article added -
How to Use Thermostats.
24/04/2008 - We would like to introduce two new
dragons that have joined us from
Fire and Ice Dragons in the US.
Millie is a female Citrus x Super Citrus;
Phoenix is a female Citrus x RedFlame / HypoRed.
Both hatched out in January 2008, with Phoenix being around three weeks older than
Millie. Look out for babies from them towards the end of 2009!
13/04/2008 - Our first pairings of the season have gone together. We are
hoping for eggs in the next 4-6 weeks. All being well we should get Yellow x Gold, and Yellow Hypo Pastel
babies from these. More pairings should follow in the coming weeks.
23/03/2008 - Descriptive labels have now been added to our
Gallery photos.
12/02/2008 - Three new Articles have been added to to
Care
/ Articles section. More will follow over the next few weeks.
11/02/2008 - Over the last few weeks a lot of work has been going on behind
the scenes to redesign our website. We felt it had grown to a size where it needed restructuring to make it easier to
navigate.
We've
added a few new articles to the new, combined
Care
/ Articles section.
Two new
Bearded Dragons are on their way to join our stock here at Hades Dragons - look
out for introductions from them in the coming weeks...
07/01/2008 - For 2008 we will be trialling a Mailing List to let people know
when Dragons are available. People on the list will have the option to purchase babies a week before they go on general
sale. Please
Email us to be
added.
05/01/2008 - We have made some minor tweaks to some of our pages and
articles, as well as completely overhauling
our

Feeder
Insect pages, as well as a new photo-article, looking at how you can
"Handle" Insects Without Actually Touching Them!
04/12/2007 - Our website has undergone some large-scale changes today!
We have
added a load of new pictures to the
Gallery, as well as a guide to
Sexing
Bearded Dragons, and some videos of some common
Behaviour shown by them! The format of a couple

more growth next year.
Some minor tweaks have also been made to the
Caresheet
and
Feeder Insect sections - more will follow over the next few days, including a Photo-Tutorial of how to handle and dust
insects without actually touching them - we are just waiting for a delivery to arrive to give us some
subjects to work with!
02/12/2007 - Our Blaptica dubia colony is growing at a good rate now,
and we are in a position to start switching some of our dragons over from crickets. All who have tried them so far have loved
them!
